Many gate suppliers joint the gate parts by screws, as it’s easy to assemble and transport, but the gate will be out of shape and not stable in long time service.
We adopt soldering technology to assemble the courtyard gate, then make surface polish and color finishing. The soldered gate will be very strong without any deformation during long time working.

The courtyard swing gate will be normally packed in plywood case to avoid the goods scratch and crash. (If whole container loading in our factory, we can take wood bracket fixed instead of plywood case to reduce package cost.)
