This model of main gate is manufactured by integral mould of casting aluminum, the single side panel is a whole piece without soldering joint. So the main gate is very strong and working stable.
The main gate is made by casting mould of aluminum. If the gate size is a little different, it will need to make a new mould. As there will be mould cost, It’s better to produce a big numbers by a regular dimension and same pattern to share the mould cost.
We have many colors for selection. We will firstly polish the whole gate panel before painting color to make the gate surface smooth, and finally we will man-made sweep golden powder on the important details after whole color painting.
